Internal structure of relays

The internal structure of the magnetic retention relay is divided into two layers: the upper layer is the electromagnetic system, and the lower layer is the contact system. The electromagnetic system adopts a flat direct acting magnetic circuit system, including a mounting plate. Magnets, magnets, coils, iron cores, and armatures are arranged in the center of the mounting plate. Install coils arranged on both sides of the magnet. There is a shaped iron core above the coil, and there are armature iron between the iron cores, which cooperate with each other to form a circular structure. The four major functions of electromagnetic relay modules Electromagnetic relays generally consist of an iron core, coil, magnet, contact spring, etc. When a certain voltage is applied to both ends of the relay module coil, a certain current will flow through the coil, generating electromagnetic effects. Under the attraction of electromagnetic force, the pulling force around the return spring is attracted to the iron core, causing the moving contact (normally open contact) of the magnet to be attracted to the magnet. Once the coil loses power, the electromagnetic attraction also disappears, and the armature will return to its original position in the reaction force of the spring, releasing the moving contact from the original static contact (normally closed contact). In this way, suction and release are achieved to achieve the purpose of
