Control wiring: Consider it as a DC relay; 2. Work control: Although the control voltage is connected, whether it has a control effect is determined by the timer on the panel; 3. Functional understanding: It is a switch, single pole double throw, with a movable point arm, just like the movable arm of a common knife switch;

4. Load wiring: The zero line or negative pole of the power supply is connected to the zero line or negative pole of the electrical appliance;
5. Working principle: During the ineffective timing period, it is equivalent to the normal light switch being turned off. When effective, the relay operates and the electrical appliance is powered on, which is equivalent to the normal light switch on state.
Intermediate relay wiring:
Different relay wiring methods may vary. The following is the wiring method for 8 wiring terminals.
5 and 6 are a pair of common terminals, 1 and 2 are a pair of normally closed contacts, and 3 and 4 are a pair of normally open contacts. 7. When 8 is not powered on, 5-6 and 1-2 are connected. Once powered on, 1-2 will be disconnected, while 5-6 continues and then connected to 3-4.
A typical intermediate relay is a double pole double throw switch, with terminals 7-8 connected to the internal coil. When used, a freewheeling diode is connected in parallel, and the polarity of the diode when connected is opposite to the relay terminal marking (8+connected to the negative pole of the diode, 7- connected to the positive pole of the diode). When the predetermined value is reached, the relay will work and drive the circuit to disconnect. At that moment, a high current will be generated due to self induced voltage, and this current will flow through the freewheeling diode instead of passing through the circuit, thus protecting the components in the circuit.
